Once you submit a quote, we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your enquiry and that we’re working on it. One of our team members may give you a call if we require any further information.
We endeavor to compile our most accurate quote straight out of the gate within 1 to 5 business days as we know how important your time is, as well as ours. There’s no fooling around, our first quote is our best quote. However we can always make adjustments to the scope to meet your budgets and specifications.
Happy with our quote? Once approved we will organise a site measure where final measurements will be taken and a deposit invoice is sent out.
From here leave it up to us! We will organise your glass to be custom made and book in your installation date to start the process. Any design and style changes are welcome until this stage.
Our team of glaziers will arrive on time as per schedule and you can watch our team work their magic!
We practice a ‘leave no trace’ approach to all of our job sites. Apart from state of the art glass installation, you can count on our team to leave each site exactly how we found it.
Once your project has been completed, you will receive our Handover Kit which includes our Care and Maintenance Guide, Glazing Certificate and any additional information you may require.
